25 Nov Christmas Appeal 2025: Transform patient care in Nepal
With this year’s Christmas Appeal, you can help INF’s Green Pastures Hospital lead the way in disability rehabilitation for Nepali people.
People with disabilities or injuries in rural Nepal rarely have access to quality rehabilitation services. This is especially serious when 80% of rural Nepalis rely on farming for their livelihoods. When unable to work, people can be pushed deeper into poverty.
By embracing a series of innovative new technologies, we can help more people quickly get back home, do the things they used to do, and keep a good quality of life.
3D-printed prosthetic limbs will support amputees like Rabina, while other devices will help stroke patients and those recovering from spinal cord injuries like Dinesh.
We want the most vulnerable people in Nepal to receive the best care and the brightest future possible. Will you help by giving a special Christmas gift? DONATE HERE

Some of the life-changing technologies your Christmas gift could fund:
- 3D printing of prosthetics: Green Pastures provides about 100 people every year – often leprosy patients – with prosthetic limbs. 3D printing technology will allow the hospital to rapidly make custom-made prostheses that fit perfectly.
- Treadmill for physiotherapy: Learning to walk well again after a stroke or injury is essential in Nepal’s rugged terrain – a new treadmill will greatly help the hospital’s physiotherapy.
- Breathing rehab: This simple device only costs £5 to make. We want to produce 100 more to distribute to other hospitals across Nepal.
- Robotic gloves: For stroke patients with a hand weakness, therapy using a robotic glove can help restore movement so they can resume farming, driving and writing.
- Swallowing therapy: Green Pastures is one of the few centres in Nepal supporting people with swallowing difficulties. We want to invest in a new device for measuring tongue weakness.
Let’s show more people in Nepal that God does not leave us in our struggles. The Christmas story is indeed “good news of great joy… for all the people” (Luke 2:10).
How your gift could equip the hospital:
£35 can provide the raw material for 3D printing a prosthetic limb
£64 can purchase a mirror box for use with a robotic glove in occupational therapy
£91 can cover the technical staff time for making two custom-fitted, 3D-printed prosthetic limbs
Thank you for giving Nepali people a brighter future.
