Annual report 2023-24

18,642 of Nepal’s most marginalised people helped by your support

It’s inspiring to see the impact our supporters have made in just one year.

The INF UK annual report for 2023/24 is now available to read online.

Over those 12 months, the generous support of people in the UK and beyond touched the lives of 18,642 people in Nepal. These people, young and old, are some of the most marginalised people in Nepal. People from the lowest caste who have few rights and little land or education. People with disabilities like leprosy, who are stigmatised by their communities. People who have lost everything in natural disasters.

These people are our focus, because we believe that everyone is equally valuable, and poverty is not inevitable. INF and our other partners in Nepal deliver effective, strategic projects with long-term aims – helping those who are disadvantaged to learn new skills, access education and overcome health problems, and empowering communities to break free from poverty.

The true impact of the year’s work will be multiplied many times over. We know that another 59,000 people benefitted indirectly from these projects – for example, the families of hospital patients, community group members, and schoolchildren.
